The Cubuklu Tennis mobile app is used by club members, students, coaches, and administrators to manage lessons, reservations, packages, payments, earnings, notifications, and club communication.

Information We Collect

• Name, phone number, email address, user role, and club account information.
• Member/student profile details, parent or emergency contact information, optional profile photo, and optional health notes.
• Lesson, reservation, court, coach, package, payment, and collection records.
• In-app messages, announcements, feedback, and notification preferences.
• Technical information needed for account security and device notification tokens.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Schedule and manage lessons and court reservations.
• Manage packages, payments, collections, and coach earnings.
• Enable communication between coaches, members/parents, and administrators.
• Send lesson reminders, reservation updates, cancellation notices, and club announcements.
• Maintain account security, role-based access, and operational records.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold and is not shared with third-party advertising networks. Information is only processed by authorized club administrators, relevant coaches, authorized staff, and infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

Photos and Notifications

Photo access is used only to select or upload a profile or member image. Notification permission is used for lesson reminders, reservation changes, and club announcements. Users can disable these permissions in device settings.

Retention and Security

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the club service and meet legal or operational requirements. Session, role, and server-side authorization controls are used to help prevent unauthorized access.

User Rights

A user or parent may contact club management to request updates, corrections, or deletion of their information. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, security, or operational reasons.
